Q: Can I cancel my subscription any time without penalty?

A: Yes you can as long as your cancellation is before the 5th of the month. After the 5th, the charge has already been made to your account and cannot be reversed or refunded. You will receive the next months paid box.

 

Q: When will my box be sent out?

A: All boxes will be sent out 7 days prior to the end of the month. You will be provided with a tracking number and notification of dispatch through email provided at time of subscription sign up.

  

Q: What will the charge show up as on my bank statement?

A: Each charge will show up as Westwoodprovisions.com

 

Q: What if my box and items are damaged upon arrival?

A: Take photos and send them to us so we can archive the report. You will have to open a case with the delivery service.  Unfortunately we cannot help in the matter of post mishandling the packages to the point the box and items are damaged. 

 

Q: What if an item inside the box is damaged?

A: If you receive a broken item inside the box, we will replace it free of charge. We will ask that you send the broken item back to us so we may inspect it and take measures to try and prevent damage in future shipments. After receiving the broken item, we will send out the replacement free of charge. 

 

Q: Where are your matches made?

A: Our matches are the only item we currently cannot make in house. We outsource them to an American company located in Maryland, where they are made. They come to us and we cut them down to size. 

 

Q: Why do my ribbons sometimes look dirty?

A: Instead of gluing the ends of each ribbon, I burn them with a candle to prevent fraying. Don't worry, it's not dirt. 

 

 Q: Do you do returns?

A: Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not take returns. Our products are made to order. All sales are final.
